1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Boomnexa at boomnexa.com or via our iOS/Android app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. iOS users are additionally subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

2. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and play Boomnexa for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to play games or manipulate scores

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players in chat

• Post illegal, adult, or hateful content

3. Account & Conduct

No registration required, but your chosen username must be appropriate. Usernames that are offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit will be banned. We reserve the right to ban players who violate these rules.

4. In-App Purchases

We offer the following digital purchases: Starter Pack (€1.99 one-time), Supporter Pack ($2.99 one-time), and Legendary Tier ($4.99 one-time). All grants access to exclusive cosmetic items (skins, themes). Purchases are one-time only and non-transferable. On iOS/iPadOS, purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Service. On web/PWA, purchases are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for return options.

5. No Gambling

Boomnexa is 100% cosmetic-only. No loot boxes, gacha mechanics, or real-money gambling. All cosmetics can be purchased directly.

6. Liability Limitation

Boomnexa is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Bugs, crashes, or downtime

• Lost game progress or high scores

• Internet connection issues

• Device compatibility problems

7. Intellectual Property

All game assets, code, and designs are owned by Boomnexa. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Boomnexa without permission.

8. Austrian Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law (ABGB). Disputes are resolved in Vienna courts. Consumer rights under Austrian law remain unaffected.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of the arcade means you accept the changes.

Ownership & Use of Procedural Content

Your Creations Are Yours. You retain full rights to share and distribute the "Seed Art" generated by our games. You are free to use your Aether-Flow paintings for personal use (wallpapers, social media), and to share your Lumina constellations publicly without restriction.

• You may share, remix, and re-publish your generated art on any platform (social media, print, merchandise).

• Boomnexa does not claim ownership, copyright, or licensing rights to your artistic output.

• You are responsible for respecting third-party rights when using shared content (e.g., if you embed music or reference external artists).

The "Vibe" Clause. Lumina is a relaxation tool, not a medical treatment. By playing, you acknowledge that while we aim to help you destress and focus, we aren't your doctor. If you experience anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Play responsibly.
